Personal Experience

Katie E. Eshelman is an Attorney at Beus O’Connor McGroder PLLC, a premier boutique law firm concentrating on High Stakes Litigation, Transactional Matters, Plaintiffs Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death. Ms. Eshelman is a member of the firm’s Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death practice.

Ms. Eshelman earned a full-ride scholarship to Arizona State University, graduating with honors from the W. P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Supply Chain Management. Beginning in her junior year, she gained hands-on business experience working in her family-owned flooring business while completing her studies.

After graduation, she managed and operated all aspects of the business for over 15 years, working closely with contractors, homeowners, and insurance carriers including USAA, State Farm, Farmers, and Allstate. This experience shaped her client-focused approach, honed her problem-solving skills, and reinforced the value of clear communication and dependable service.

Drawn to the practice of law, Ms. Eshelman earned her Juris Doctor on scholarship at the University of Dayton School of Law and externed at the Arizona State Capitol, gaining experience in legislative research and public service. She brings a result-driven, client-centered perspective to her legal practice, grounded in real-world business experience and a genuine commitment to advocacy.
