These leaders from business, academia, the nonprofit sector and philanthropy help steer ASU and ASU Foundation through this time of remarkable momentum and possibility. Their leadership is instrumental in shaping initiatives like #ASUChangingFutures, which reimagines what’s possible for students, faculty and the communities we serve.

Megan Beus is an attorney and founding partner at Beus O’Connor McGroder, a boutique law firm concentrating on high stakes litigation, commercial law, plaintiffs’ catastrophic injury and wrongful death. The Phoenix-based law firm was started by her late father-in-law, Leo Beus. Beus is also a licensed real estate agent. Previously, she worked as a deputy county attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. She is a mother of four young boys. She and her spouse, Ryan, are members of ASU President’s Club. She received a bachelor of arts in education in 2006 from ASU. Her mother, Jeri Eshelman, received a bachelor of science in criminal justice from Arizona State University in 1977 and her sister, Katie Eshelman, received a bachelor of science in supply chain management from ASU in 2006.
